Good haircut but if you are looking for a consistent person cutting it or a reasonable wait time, keep looking. I have been to the Charlottesville location 6-8 times. Generally good haircuts but very slow, under staffed and very high turnover of employees. To me it sees the ladies cutting are good but the management is bad. Today I had to wait over an hour. They had one lady who was there but didn't cut hair. Other two tried to keep up then one of them went on break while we all just waited. Time to look for a new place to get a haircut.
