So, I go in for a haircut and sign in using the in store system. There are two people already there, so I figure the wait won't be long. When I was the last person waiting in the wait room, I hear one of the two stylists tell a walk in customer it will be a two and a half hour wait. Wait, what??? I look around and I'm the only one there. I ask the stylist if I am going to have to wait two and a half hours. She says, yes, because everyone ahead of me put their name in using the app. So, even though I was the only person there, I was going to have to wait. One of the two stylists even looked at me, then said she was going to take a break. It doesn't take more than five minutes to cut my hair (what's left of it - I'm 57). I have never seen such poor customer service in all my life. I can honestly say I will NEVER go back to Sports Clips. I was infuriated to no end. I own my own independent business, and I would NEVER be able to get away with such poor customer service. Sadly, it's just what you expect anymore from big companies. Your satisfaction doesn't mean much anymore, and the fact that I will never go back probably doesn't make any difference to them.

I checked in on the app - waited like any other customer and got a text that I was next in line. Get out of my car and the place is closed. Why was I receiving notifications during the whole waiting process when the store was closed? It's supposed to be open per the app and the posted store hours on the store. I really like this Sport Clips and the stylists have always been great but this is the second time this has happened. I'm just one customer so not a big deal to this franchise but I'm done. I will not be back!
